A Portaria SUROC nº 10, de 17 de janeiro de 2017, que trata das regras aplicáveis à identificação visual de veículos automotores de cargas e implementos rodoviários, bem como do detalhamento do processo de cadastramento e recadastramento dos veículos no Registro Nacional dos Transportadores Rodoviários de Cargas – RNTRC, traz, entre outras novidades, a informação de que os veículos suspensos que se encontram nessa condição pela falta de vinculação de sua placa ao adesivo, terão até o dia 31 de maio de 2017 para fazê-lo sem custos extras.
A partir dessa data, os transportadores que não completarem o processo de identificação visual dos seus veículos por falta de associação do código (QR Code) à placa terão seus veículos excluídos da sua frota e deverão reiniciar todo o processo de recadastramento arcando com os custos. Além disso, também estarão sujeitos às penalidades previstas na Resolução ANTT nº 4.799/2015.
